MainStay Suites Carlisle - Harrisburg

This place was great ! The staff was fantastic and very friendly !!! I travel with kids and my first priority is safety . I want the area we stay in to be safe and I want my car to be safe sitting in the lot . This place is perfect ! It’s in the country and nothing within a 1/2 mile of it . It’s very quiet . There are gas stations about 1/2 mile away and a great place to eat called the rustic tavern about 8 minutes away . The rooms are fantastic ! They are huge and extremely clean . They have a cool little sitting area across from the main desk where you can read or hook up a computer or charger and a tv if you want to watch it right there . Two little things although not deal Breakers . First the sliding bathroom door . I’m not a fan . There is no lock and because of the style of it there is a 2” gap when closed you can see right in . The second small Thing is the breakfast . No hot eggs or hot anything . They do have fruits , cereal , toast , breakfast bars , juice and coffee and pre packed muffins . They were all tasty and would not be a reason not to stay here . I hope more of these will be opening up throughout the east coast as I do a lot of travel up and down and would stay here again in a second . Thank you for a great nights sleep !

Clean, friendly staff and fairly quiet.

Very beautiful hotel, the beds were too soft for our backs, as we are used to a firm mattress. But all in all it was great. The vegetables in the back area got my attention, because I am a gardener. Awesome touch.

We didn't partake of the breakfast spread, but so nice to know that's available for future visits. The room was superbly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the size of the room was fantastic. This is a great value in a great location. We will stay here again.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It had a full-size refrigerator in the kitchen, which was nice.
